LSOC Implementation Update (CFTC Regulation Part 22: Protection of Cleared Swaps Customer Contracts and Collateral)

Following the CFTC No-Action Relief relating to Part 22 “LSOC” requirements, LCH.Clearnet Limited now plans to implement LSOC across its SwapClear and EnClear services on Tuesday November 13th 2012. This is, as always, subject to regulatory approval.
