Change to timeout settings for idle connections on MemberWeb Service

LCH.Clearnet will be introducing a 5 minute 'timeout' setting for idle connections on our MemberWeb service with immediate effect. This means that if connections stand idle with no activity for 5 minutes, the connection will be automatically ended. Accounts will be able to reconnect immediately if required.  This change is being made to optimise usage to the benefit of all of our members and clients.
