Changes to the CMS Access Agreement - Ltd

Clearing Members are advised that with effect from Monday 25th November LCH.Clearnet Ltd / LLC will be making changes to the Collateral Management System (CMS) Access Agreement.

The amendments to the agreement are to reflect the provision of a messaging interface to CMS which allows Clearing Members to send instructions via SWIFT MX message in addition to the current GUI.

The amended Access Agreement is now available from the following link:

Clearing Members are not required to take any action.
