External User Acceptance and Production planning

Delivery new XML files on External User Acceptance platform

LCH.Clearnet SA will implement the Financial statements in XML format on the External User Acceptance platform on Monday 6 June 2011, in line with the Info Flash sent to clients early May.

Delivery XML files on Production platform – test purposes

Clients will receive the files in production as from Monday 11 July for testing purposes during a transition period. It should be noted that during the transition period, these Production files are considered as non Production i.e. test related files, only the printable files should be considered as Production files.

Reminder procedure to receive the files on clients access means

With regards to the eCCW®, WEB OTC, WEB SBL and the push/pull solution, the files will be automatically available to Clients on the External user Acceptance and Production platform. This means that Clients do not have to request to receive the files.

With regards to the LCAP, Clients have to request the files by the Data Transfer Request Form for both the External User Acceptance and Production platform. Please contact your account manager in case you would like to receive the files on the LCAP.

Launch

The full switch over to production is expected to take place at the end of August 2011. The exact launch date will be confirmed by another Info flash in July 2011.

NOTA BENE

Please be informed that a new version of the member report specifications is attached since we have introduced a new appendix which describes the different natures of operations and their respective codes.

You will find the new appendix in section 3.3 of the specifications document.
