LCH.Clearnet SA announces General Secretary appointment

Paris, 8 March 2007

LCH.Clearnet SA is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Gros as General Secretary. Mr Gros will also be responsible for Risk Management, Operational Risks, Treasury Operations and Business Continuity and Security. He succeeds Sophie d’Isidoro, who moves to a Group role as Head of Group Audit.

Mr Gros will take up his appointment on 12 March.

Vincent Gros joins LCH.Clearnet SA from Euroclear, where he was Deputy Chief Executive of Euroclear France and a member of the Euroclear Group Management Team. Previous roles included Chief Operating Officer of Société Générale Tokyo Branch and Head of Operations of Société Générale Securities Corp.
