Processing of New User and Position Account requests in ECS for LCH.Clearnet EnClear OTC markets

Members are advised that, with immediate effect, New User and Position Account requests for LCH.Clearnet EnClear OTC markets, cleared in ECS, will now be processed daily.

Any forms (ECS User Account Request Forms and LCH.Clearnet EnClear OTC Services Static Data Forms) submitted before midday will be processed that afternoon and the new users or accounts will be active the following morning.  Forms received after midday will be processed the next day to go live the day after.
