LCH EnClear Spot and Forward Emissions Contracts - CO2 accounts of Holcim Romania
Further to Circular No 2745 (LCH EnClear Circular No 317), there remains uncertainty as to the status of the instruments which have allegedly been stolen from Holcim’s emissions registry account. Please see their statement at http://www.holcim.ro/index.php
As long as this situation continues, LCH.Clearnet Ltd (LCH) will not knowingly accept any of the allowances listed in that circular (and reprinted below) to satisfy Seller’s delivery obligations.
