Additional Charges imposed by Euroclear UK & Ireland
Dear Member,
LCH.Clearnet Limited would like to advise you that Euroclear UK & Ireland (EUI) will introduce a new charge relating to late settlements.
From 1 May 2011, EUI will introduce a resubmission charge on all transactions that fail to settle by intended settlement date (ISD) + 20.
LCH.Clearnet continues to explore a CCP exemption from this charge with EUI, but in the meantime, we regret to inform you that LCH.Clearnet will pass on the resubmission charge to you monthly in arrears.
