Introduction of further fee reductions for the EnClear OTC Clearing service for FFAs
Dear Member
LCH.Clearnet has further reduced its fees for FFAs by introducing additional reduced tiered fee rates for monthly volumes traded by individual customers. These tiers are effective for volumes traded from June 2011.
The new tiers will be as follows:
| Incremental monthly client volumes | Discounts on headline rates |
| 0 - 2,499 lots | 0% |
| 2,500 - 4,999 lots | 20% |
| 5,000 - 7,499 lots | 30% |
| 7,500 - 10,00 lots | 40% |
| 10,000 - 15,000 lots | 75% |
| 15,000 - 20,000 lots | 85% |
| Over 20,000 lots | 90% |
We will continue to inform you at the end of every month which accounts are due a rebate based on the reduced fees charged by LCH.Clearnet. These rebates are highlighted and reflected in your monthly invoice statements
