BATS Pan-European Clearing 

From late July 2011, LCH.Clearnet Limited (LCH.Clearnet) will be offering clearing services to BATS Europe across interoperable ISINs, subject to regulatory approval. We would like to advise you that ETFs and ETF like products will not be included in this offering as interoperable ISINs.

This circular follows LCH.Clearnet Ltd Circular No 2877, EquityClear circular No 186 dated 31 May 2011.
