Tender offer of MMC Norilsk Nickel

We refer to the London Stock Exchange Stock Situation Notice number 851/2011/3 whereby shareholders are entitled to participate in the voluntary tender offer of MMC Norilsk Nickel (ISIN: US46626D1081). 

 
We would like to advise you that we will accept a single buyer election notice per member, per settlement firm ID and allocate total number of Depositary Receipts. 

 
The buyer election must be received by 18:00 on 25th October 2011.

If your election is subject to the pro rata basis, we will apply the rate as announced by the BNY Mellon (the depository) in the terms of the event.
