Information relating to December 2012 EnClear OTC Emissions deliveries

LCH.Clearnet Limited would like to inform its EnClear members who have open interest in the  December 2012 EnClear Emissions contracts, that since the new Trading Account functionality has been released in the Union Registry, the existing published delivery timetable in the LCH.Clearnet Rule Book for CER and EUA Forward contracts remains applicable.

LCH.Clearnet Limited expects that members will have a Union Registry account linked as ‘Trusted’ to the LCH.Clearnet Union Registry account, to enable the transfers to be processed according to the timetable in the Rules & Regulations Section 2E.

LCH.Clearnet’s EU Registry Account for CER and EUA deliveries is EU-100-5016892-0-62. Please ensure that this account is used for all future deliveries to LCH.Clearnet.
