Further to circular number 3250, Clearing Members are advised that SwapClear will now be closed on Good Friday. The service opening table below has been amended to reflect this change.
The following changes also apply:
Margin Calls
Margin calls from close of business on Thursday 28 March 2013:
ForexClear – Margin calls will be processed and called from your PPS bank for value on Friday 29 March 20131.
SwapClear & Nodal – Margin calls will be processed and called from your PPS bank for value on Monday 1 April 20131.
All other Clearing Services – Margin calls for all clearing services with the exception of SwapClear, ForexClear and Nodal will be processed and called from your PPS bank for value on Tuesday 2 April 20131.
ForexClear will be open for business as usual on Friday 29 March 2013 and Monday 1 April 2013 and will be subject to the normal business day processes, including intraday margin calls and deadlines as detailed in our Rules and Regulations.
SwapClear and Nodal will be open for business as usual on Monday 1 April 2013 and will be subject to the normal business day processes, including intra-day margin calls and deadlines as detailed in our Rules and Regulations.
Reporting
Banking reports from close of business on Thursday 28 March 2013:
ForexClear – reports will be available to clearing members on Friday 29 March 2013 from 06:00 (GMT).
SwapClear and Nodal – reports will be available to clearing members on Saturday 30 March 2013 from 06:00 (GMT).
All other Clearing Services – reports will be available on Tuesday 2 April 2013 from 06:00 (GMT).
Reports are available on the member reporting website for five business days.
