Change to EnClear intra day report (ECS_MBRITR.CSV)

With effect from Monday 13th May 2013, the intraday Enclear report (ECS_MBRITR.CSV) will have 1 less column. Columns E and F (buy_trade_ref, sell_trade_ref) will become one column with the heading ‘orig_trade_ref’.
