LCH.Clearnet LLC - SwapClear US

LCH.Clearnet LLC’s clearing Service, SwapClear US will be open for clearing as of 07:30am New York local time on June 3, 2013.

In connection with straight through processing, LCH.Clearnet LLC will establish individual SwapClear Tolerance for each member as described in section 2A.3 of the Clearing House Procedures.

Under the Procedures, SwapClear Tolerance will be granted at LCH.Clearnet LLC’s sole discretion. Please also note that SwapClear Tolerance will be reduced to zero prior to LCH.Clearnet LLC’s last initial margin call on each Business Day that precedes a non Business Day (which will normally be at around 3:00pm (New York local time). LCH.Clearnet LLC will commence extending SwapClear Tolerance again at 7:30am (New York local time) at the start of each following Business Day.

LCH.Clearnet LLC has submitted a self-certification to the CFTC to amend the Clearing House Procedures and the self-certification can be accessed here.
