Postponement of Initial Determination Date

LCH.Clearnet LLC was launched on June 3rd 2013. In acknowledgement of the limited time that Clearing Members have had to familiarize themselves with, and submit trades to, the newly launched clearing house, LCH.Clearnet LLC is postponing the Initial Determination Date until notice by way of a further circular. In connection with this, LCH.Clearnet LLC is submitting a self-certification to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
