General Default Fund Restrike: Ballot Result Announcement

LCH.Clearnet Ltd is pleased to announce the results of the ballot to gain member approval to divide the general default fund into three product specific default funds: a commodities fund, a listed interest rate derivatives fund and an equities and equity derivatives fund.

The criteria for a successful vote, as referenced in the ballot paper, was fully satisfied. We will implement the re-strike for effective date 6th November subject to receipt of all outstanding accession forms.
