Following a review of the EquityClear fee structure, a new fee tariff will be implemented from 1st February 2014. First applicable invoices will be issued in March.

The changes to the tariff are:

• Adjustment to clearing fees
• Change to the failed settlement fixed penalty cost and removal of the ad valorem rebate
• Introduction of an interoperable CCP settlement cost for interoperable venue settlements
