LCH.Clearnet Ltd Banking Arrangements – Easter 2014

Clearing Members are advised that LCH.Clearnet Ltd (LCH.Clearnet) will be open on Good Friday (18 April 2014) and Easter Monday (21 April 2014). Please refer the Service Opening Table below for details of individual Clearing Services that are open on each day.

Margin Calls

Margin calls from close of business on Thursday 17 April 2014:

• ForexClear – Margin calls will be processed and called from your PPS bank for value on Friday 18 April 2014.
• All other Clearing Services – Margin calls will be processed and called from your PPS bank for value on Monday 21 April 2014.
• ForexClear will be open for business as usual on Friday 18 April 2014 and Monday 21 April 2014 and will be subject to the normal business day processes, including intraday margin calls and deadlines as detailed in our Rules and Regulations.
• SwapClear, Nodal and EquityClear will be open for business as usual on Monday 21 April 2014 and will be subject to the normal business day processes, including intra-day margin calls and deadlines as detailed in our Rules and Regulations.

Reporting

Banking reports from close of business on Thursday 17 April 2014:

• ForexClear – reports will be available to clearing members on Friday 18 April 2014 from 06:00 (GMT). Members are advised that reports will be available on the Member Live website dated 18 April 2014.
• All other Clearing Services – reports will be available to clearing members on Saturday 19 April 2014 from 06:00 (GMT). Members are advised that reports will be available on the Member Live website dated 21 April 2014.
• Reports are available on the member reporting website for five business days.
