UCS Derivatives
"Correction" function issue: status update
UCS Derivatives was launched on Friday 30 March 2012 and we are now running the second day in production on the new UCS Derivative V9 version of our clearing system.
On Friday and again, earlier on today, we informed you of a technical issue we are facing with the "Correction" function. This problem has now been analysed and its resolution is under way. We expect to have it fixed and the service to come back to normal on 13 April 2012.
Until then, we kindly request you to use the internal (respectively external) "Corrective Transfer" function instead of the internal (respectively external) "Correction" function that will be disabled as from 03 April 2012. Due to the current circumstances, no fee will be charged for these transfers.
We apologise for the inconvenience this situation creates and we thank you for your patience and cooperation.
