Please find hereafter the detailed steps of the migration plan for this week launch:
First day where the PR3 file will report the new position accounts created for ESES Stream 3.
In the morning: A test SMS will be sent to validate the communication system.
An Info Flash + SMS will be sent to confirm that the SIF files on the Portuguese and Luxembourg segment have been sent:
Portugal SIF dissemination around 19:00 CET
Luxembourg SIF dissemination around 21:30 CET
After Euroclear group's green light given around 20:00 CET: An Info Flash + SMS will be sent to confirm the green light for the launch of ESES stream 3.
In the evening: Data referential will be updated with the CSD of reference for some securities. Data will be disseminated via the Cash data referential file (0453) and data providers.
Around 23:00 CET: The PR3 file will be sent to Members, an Info Flash + SMS will be sent to confirm the file dissemination.
During the day:
LCH.Clearnet will convert and transfer positions to the market of reference of Multi-listed securities and will change the CSD of reference. The Currency conversions will be performed with the currency rates officially published in the evening of Friday 16 January available in the Span file (Records T: Currencies exchange rates).
LCH.Clearnet will send all the positions to be settled in the full ESES stream 3 configuration to Euroclear.
Around 23:00 CET: After LCH.Clearnet's internal check and Euroclear’s validation, LCH.Clearnet will disseminate the SIF/BIF files that will report the first positions for settlement in ESES stream 3. An Info Flash + SMS will be sent to confirm that the SIF/BIF files have been disseminated.
Around Midnight CET: A conference call is scheduled to get a first status report from Members on the SIF/BIF file reception.

LCH.Clearnet CTH will provide technical support to members on Sunday from 09:00 CET. Members are recommended to check that their access means will be up and running during the week-end. Technical maintenance operations on the access means are strongly discouraged.
From 09:00 CET: LCH.Clearnet will provide functional support to members and would like members to give a first feedback.
Around 14:00 CET: A conference call is scheduled to make a final status after the validation of the integration of their SIF/BIF.

Around 16:00 CET: LCH.Clearnet will send an Info Flash + SMS to inform members that the Sunday processes at the clearing level have been completed.
In the morning: The Product implementation team will contact Members to check their internal process validation.
Around 20:00 CET: an Info Flash + SMS will confirm the end of the first full ESES accounting day and the dissemination of the SIF and BIF files for all segments.
Around 23:00 CET: The PR3 file will be sent to Members (no impact), an Info Flash + SMS will be sent to confirm that the file has been sent.
During the day: An Info Flash + SMS will confirm the end of the launch.
