Black Window period for the launch of a new service

LCH.Clearnet SA will begin clearing the activity of SecFinex – a Securities Borrowing and Lending electronic trading/matching platform – from the 19 June 2009.
A key factor in the success of the launch is the stability of the environments. Therefore, a Black Window is set from 12 to 26 June 2009.

The Black Window will cover the following changes:

• Membership extension for CMF/Associate Dealers;
• Creation of new CMF/Associate Dealers;
• Modification of settlement addresses;
• Creation of new settlement addresses.
